How we work
A clear path, from the first call to the decision.
No surprises, no jargon for its own sake, and no bluffing. Here is exactly how working with the firm goes.
- A first conversation You tell us your situation. We listen, ask the questions that actually decide the route, and tell you honestly whether there is a realistic path. If there is not, we say so. We do not sell a file that will not fly.
- An honest assessment We assess your case against the official rules and give you a straight read: the likely route, the early go or no-go decisions (for example LMIA versus exempt, or inland versus outland), the documents you will need, and the realistic timeline. No promises of approval, because no one can honestly make them.
- A clear retainer If you decide to proceed, you get a written retainer with the scope and the fees set out plainly. You always know what we are doing and what it costs. One licensed consultant stands behind the file as your representative of record.
- Building the file We prepare the application, the supporting evidence, and any employer pieces (an LMIA, recruitment records, an offer of employment) to the current official requirements. Where a figure is volatile, we confirm the live number on the official source rather than recall it.
- Filing and follow-through We submit through the correct channel, then track the file to a decision and keep you updated. We watch deadlines and status so nothing lapses, including the timing of an open work permit or an extension where it applies.
- After the decision On an approval, we walk you through next steps, conditions, and what to keep in good standing. If more is needed, we plan the next stage, whether that is a permit extension, a sponsorship, or the path to permanent residence.
What you can count on
The standard we hold ourselves to
- A licensed RCIC stands behind every piece of advice on your file. Authorized advice for a fee is given only by a licensed representative in good standing, confirmable on the CICC Public Register.
- Recommendations grounded in official sources, with volatile figures confirmed live rather than guessed.
- A hard worker-protection line: no recruitment fees are ever charged to a worker, by us or by anyone in the chain.
- One point of contact, clear timelines, and a written retainer.
