LICO Income Checker

Find out whether your household income meets the Low-Income Cut-Off threshold used in Canadian family sponsorship applications.

Spousal and partner sponsorship has no income requirement. IRCC does not require sponsors to meet a LICO threshold when sponsoring a spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner. Income proof is only required for parents, grandparents, and most other family class applications.
